Hey friends, it is time for another heart-melting tale courtesy of the cat distribution system, which once again delivered a fluffy little surprise at just the right moment. Last November, the original poster was minding their own business when a dirty and very vocal alley cat appeared out of nowhere and began loudly demanding attention. This scrappy boy screamed until the human had no choice but to pick him up, and just like that, a new chapter began. At first, the plan was not to keep him, but as anyone who has ever been chosen by a cat knows, resistance is almost impossible.

After a few much-needed flea baths, a trip to the vet, and a neutering appointment, the bond started to grow. The once-grimy alley cat had officially become part of the family. Now named D'artagnan, he settled in quickly. His new sister Artemis was unsure at first, but over time, she warmed up. Today, the two are often found curled up on their human's lap, snoozing together in total comfort.
